Washington Pavilion Management, Inc seeks a Retail Operations Manager. As a vital member of the Washington Pavilion’s sales team, the Retail Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store management, including day-to-day operations, budget management, inventory control, merchandising, and staff supervision. The Retail Operations Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales and Administration to develop and implement strategic revenue growth strategies. In addition, the Retail Operations will be committed to leading, coaching, and motivating staff to providing exceptional customer service in a fast paced retail environment.
