Position Title: Administrative Operations Manager
Position Summary: The Administrative Operations Manager leads the onsite cash and people administrate operations, including daily cash and sales reconciliation, invoice management, and onboarding new employees. Additionally, this position will supervise daily ticketing operations, driving growth and ensuring compliance while demonstrating strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. This role demands flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to excellence.
Reports to: General Manager and Assistant General Manager (where applicable)
Responsibilities
  • Ensure team alignment with operational goals: hire, integrate, supervise, evaluate, develop, coach, document, and manage exits.
  • Resolve vendor issues promptly: reconcile invoices, handle discrepancies, and arrange emergency shipments.
  • Oversee new employee orientation within HQ and client guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Motivate staff and foster team cohesion.
  • Develop cash training programs as needed.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations and communicate updates to the management team.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Supervises the daily operations of all aspects of ticketing operations and guest experiences applicable to SSA oversight.
  • Drives ticket packages and membership growth through daily goals of staff.
  • Trains Guest Service Associates on facility information, showtimes, packages, POS, ticketing and membership.
  • Performs daily inspections of all aspects of the ticketing operations to ensure compliance with established service and performance levels. Ensures any areas of issue or opportunity are communicated directly to Operations Manager.
  • Monitors cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with established protocols and reporting.
  • Works to trouble-shoot POS system issues as they arise.
  • Motivates all staff to perform their duties to the best of their abilities and promote an overall best guest experience.
  • Handle guest issues, inquiries and complaints; perform service recovery as needed.
  • Remains knowledgeable of and manages in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal laws.
  • Perform other tasks deemed necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
  • Uphold and demonstrate a complete understanding of company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to articulate to our partner, General Manager and HQ personnel.
  • Developed leadership skills with an understanding of the importance of team building/development, while fostering partnerships.
  • Exceptional problem solving/decision making skills that are combined with the ability to be organized.
  • Demonstrates financial management, merchandising, analytical, planning and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer and/or inventory system knowledge.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (35lbx – 50lbs or more) as necessary to operation, which entails lifting and perform all functions as set forth above.
  • Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Driving company vehicle and/or golf cart within the scope of employment requires a valid driver’s license and is subject to a DMV check.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (up to 35lbs) as necessary to operation, which entails lifting, and perform all functions as set forth above.
  • Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.

Previous Experience
  • Five years cash handling experience.
  • Three to Five years administrative management and/or cash room experience.
  • ServSafe or Food Handling Certified a plus.
  • All education backgrounds accepted, must be 18 years old or older.
