W3Global Inc is Hiring a Vice President of Operations Near Addison, TX

Summary:

Client is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Operations (VP) to join our

team in a high-level leadership role. The VP will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the overall

operations of our organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This critical position

requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the construction industry and a proven track

record of driving operational excellence.

Key Function and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic operational initiatives aligned with the company's goals,

focusing on enhancing construction processes, productivity, and resource allocation.

  • Lead and oversee the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to

timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.

  • Provide strong leadership to a team of Estimators, Project Managers, and Superintendents.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment, and nurture talent to drive performance and growth.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve construction processes, systems, and workflows, driving

innovation, automation, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Optimize resource management, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize

efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Uphold high-quality standards throughout all construction projects while implementing and

enforcing safety protocols.

  • Ensure financial performance goals are met by collaborating with Ownership, the Financial

Controller, and senior staff to develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and KPIs.

  • Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities,

to build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Work closely with the Business Development department to ensure company growth and build

strategic relationships.

  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing effective risk management strategies and

contingency plans.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, integrating

innovative practices into operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a VP, Vice President of Operations, or similar senior management role in

the construction industry.

  • Deep knowledge of construction processes, methods, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing complex ground-up construction projects from start to finish.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate

teams.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Business acumen and financial expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with effective negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and relevant tools. Procore experience preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CM-Lean (Lean

Construction) are desirable.
