WORKING LOCATION: Houston Office - 5718 WESTHEIMER RD 77057

FULL-TIME/PART-TIME: Full-Time

SCHEDULE: M-T, 9 hours (in-office)/F, 4 hours (remote)

FLSA STATUS: Hourly – Non-Exempt

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for invoice coding & data entry (manually and using ProcureIt). Invoice routing to the appropriate individual(s) for approval.
• Proof voucher packets to ensure accuracy of data input
• Prepare statement reconciliations as needed for past due accounts.
• Follow up on invoices not approved within 60 days.
• Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, EDUCAITON & EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree or college-level business courses desired.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable.
• Oil & Gas experience is preferred.
• This position requires the ability to provide high-volume data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
• Must demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team member and display excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with MS Word and MS Excel.

• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
