Prime Operating Company is seeking an Accounting Clerk with the qualifications and experience listed below. Qualified applicants should include their salary history and requirements along with their resume. This position will be based in Houston, Texas.

Qualifications/Skills : Applicants should have between 2-5 years of actual Accounts Payable experience and prior experience in coding oil and gas invoices.

Job duties include but are not limited to :

• Code G&A invoices, invoices for non-operated properties, and invoices for certain operated properties
• Scan, attach and review Accounting documents, edit and final post documents
• Scan, attach and review journal entries and support into accounting software
• Maintain vendor and owner information
• Process AP check cuts for various districts
• Backup support person for Administrative department
• Miscellaneous projects as required from time to time
• Must be self-motivated person who can multi-task and work in a structured team environment while paying STRONG attention to detail with accuracy while meeting time sensitive deadlines. Excellent analytical, communication and oral skills required. Strong Excel skills are required. Quorum experience a plus.

Compensation : Compensation will commensurate with experience.
