Job Summary
Coordinating with accounts payable and accounts receivable for vendors and customer and inter-company accounts.

Essential Functions

• Process accounts payable invoices and receivable billings and payments from internal and external parties.
• Maintain and make necessary adjustments to records across multiple entities.
• Verify and reconcile simple bank statements or department records.
• Balance entries and make necessary corrections.
• Sort documents and post debits/credits to proper accounts.
• Verify amounts and codes on various forms for accuracy.
• Be a first contact for internal billing and expense allocation across the business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent must
• Associates Degree in accounting preferred
• Previous Accounting experience preferred
• Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks a plus)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Must be self-motivated and detail oriented
