- Estimate time, labor, materials, and product costs to determine the overall project cost.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Manage proposals from vendors and contractors.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best quote.
- Present prepared estimates to management.
- Working knowledge as an estimator is not required as long as you’re trainable and willing to learn.
- Proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Working knowledge in Agtek is not required but preferred.
