RoofCrafters Roofing, LLC Currently has an opening for a full-time Professional for an Estimator in Roofing Sales.

RoofCrafters Roofing, LLC, holds the Highest Certification in the Industry such as GAF Master Elite® Contractor, CertainTeed Select Contractor, and Versico Platinum Contractor among others, to provide our Customers with a Lifetime Experience.

Duties:

Run Company-Generated Lead Appointments Scheduled by our Office Team
Network and Build Relationships to Expand Business with New Clients
Generate Sales by completing Prospecting and Marketing Activities set forth by Management
Maximize Territory Performance
Prepare and execute a Daily Sales Plan
This will require the Ability to Climb a Ladder, be up on Roofs Daily, and Enter Attics (confined spaces) to Pinpoint the Source of Leaks
Educate and Sell Company Products and Services to New and Existing Clients

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of Sales Experience in any field, Construction, or Industrial Sales is a Plus.
Strong Negotiation Skills.
Able to Build and Maintain Relationships (Networking)
Ability to Build Rapport with Clients
Experience in Growing Market Share
Must have a Tenacious Drive to Sell and the Ability to Problem-Solve
Strong Mathematics and Computer Skills are Essential
Strong Organizational Skills and Sales Tracking Abilities
Strong Desire to Move Up Within the Company
Able to Climb Ladders, Able to Lift 50 lbs., Climb Up on a Roof and Enter Attics (confined spaces)
