VIZIO is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant. The position is in Irvine and is responsible for a variety of job responsibilities and must be willing to assist various departments as needed. • Assist visitors of VIZIO by checking them in and notifying the correct employee to inform them of arrival.
• Keep an accurate account of the guests checking in.
• Determine specific customer needs in order to direct them to the appropriate service.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and direct to the correct employee or department; able to handle multi-telephone lines in an efficient, timely and professional manner.
• Take messages and deliver to the appropriate persons.
• Sign for deliveries when necessary and notify recipients.
• Oversee meeting room scheduling and cleanliness.
• Maintain the lobby and general areas in a presentable appearance for guests.
• Compose internal communications.
• Perform miscellaneous clerical and administrative duties as needed or assigned.
• Provide support to HR department in various capacities including coordinating employee activities, birthday recognition, company events, etc.
• Assist Executives with projects and tasks as necessary.
• Work concurrently with Office Manager and Executive Assistants as needed.

• You have previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative Assistant or HR Assistant.
• You have previous experience coordinating large company events.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• You are computer literate and can catch on quickly to various software programs.
• You are a professional communicator.
• You are able to multi-task and prioritize.
• You are a team player.
• You are very detailed oriented and organized.
• You are resourceful.
• You are enthusiastic and positive.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
• Bonus: You have prior experience in the hospitality field.

For California-based employment: The minimum hourly rate for this position is $16.35/hr. The maximum hourly rate for this position $22.76/hr. The compensation package includes the annual bonus in addition to a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
