Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support all team members and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Assist sales team in preparing and sending quotes, proposals, and contracts to potential customers

- Follow up with leads and prospects to gather additional information and provide support as needed

- Manage and maintain customer accounts, including updating contact information and tracking sales activity

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and promotions

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on product knowledge and sales techniques

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

- 2 years of experience in sales support or customer service

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
