About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
The Receptionist will:
- Manage the office's phone system, including: answering & routing calls; taking messages; etc.
- Receive, deliver, and send out mail
- Order and restock supplies, as needed
- Assist with calendar management and schedule meeting
- Performing other duties, as needed
- 6 months of experience in an Administrative, Front Desk, and/or Secretarial
- High School Diploma / GED
- Computer savvy
- Microsoft Office Suite proficient
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Associate's and/or Bachelors' Degree
