The Human Resources Generalist ensures the HR department’s operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole. The right candidate also administers human resources policies and programs, while balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As the sole HR practitioner, runs daily functions of the HR Department including but not limited to benefit & leave administration, payroll processing, employee relations, and enforcing consistent practices relating to company policies and procedures.
