- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of standard multi-state payroll practices including California
- Knowledge of Canadian Payroll preferred but not required
- Minimum of 3 years payroll processing experience
- Experience using a HRIS system, preferably Paycom
- Ability to work under time constraints
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and timeliness with tasks and assignments
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and protection of all payroll and employee related data/information
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
