On Target Recruiting Services is Hiring an Accounting Analyst (payroll/benefits) Near Atlanta, GA

Position Summary: We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst for our client's Accounting Department, primarily focusing on payroll and employee benefits management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting processes, particularly in streamlining accounts payable, budgeting, financial reporting, and payroll management.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with ACA regulations using payroll sorftware
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports.
  • Streamline accounts payable processes using cloud software
  • Manage department project reports and budgets efficiently.
  • Prepare yearly budgets for presentation to the executive board.
  • Create and streamline budgeting processes using various software
  • Assist in monthly forecasting and reporting and financial reports
  • Track employee hours worked and managed benefits administration
  • Reconcile receivable accounts monthly in Intacct.
  • Provide support to HR in calculating quarterly incentives and tracking benefits.
  • Assist in preparing reports for internal audit purposes.
  • Generate monthly general ledger reports and bank reconciliations
  • Develop and streamline onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Enhance time and attendance processes.
  • Act as an internal auditor for implementing expense management software, Concur, utilizing artificial intelligence.

Required Skills:

  • 3 years of payroll processing experience
  • 2 years of benefit administration experience
  • Excellent financial reporting abilities.
  • Proficient in time and attendance management.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with salary structures and employee benefits.
  • 4-year Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
