Our North American Financial Services client is needing a Corporate Accounting Analyst for their Atlanta, Georgia office. Our client is a leading, diversified financial services provider. They provide a range of services that go beyond traditional financial service offerings. By leveraging cross-platform expertise and assets, our client is uniquely positioned to provide full service, collaborative solutions to clients at every stage of the business life cycle and in all market conditions.Responsibilities and Duties:
- Financial Statements/General Ledger
- Maintain account reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries
- Assist with month-end close
- Maintain write off history file
- Prepare quarterly WIP calculation
- Corporate Accounts Payable including Review, code, and package invoices for AP department
- Maintain invoice log
- Prepare daily cash posting
- Prepare monthly client statements
- Follow up with Assignment leads on status of collections and WIP
- Ad hoc analysis projects for Management
- 4-year accounting degree
- 3 years’ general accounting experience
- Strong general ledger reconciliation skills
- Experience with NetSuite a plus but not required
- Maturity level to handle sensitive/confidential information
