```Overview```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with numbers and data.

```Responsibilities```
-Accounting/Bookkeeping functions

-Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, data entry, and mailings

- Assist with document preparation, including drafting correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with financial tasks such as accounts receivable and late notices
- Utilize software programs such as Excel, Word, Tops Pro, and other software for data entry and reporting
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned
- Provide support to other team members as needed

```Qualifications```
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration and/or accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper and administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in 10-key typing and data entry
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure
