Robert Half is looking for a Collections Clerk in the Doral area. This Collections Clerk must have worked in accounts receivable or collections in the past. Please see the job duties below.Job Duties:Collections Clerk must reach out to debtors via phone, email, or mail to discuss their overdue payments.Work with debtors to establish payment plans or negotiate settlements.Collections Clerk must maintain accurate records of all communication with debtors, including payment agreements, promises to pay, and any disputes.Assist debtors in understanding their obligations and provide support in resolving their debts.Collections Clerk must coordinate with legal counsel when necessary, especially for escalated cases or legal action.Collections Clerk must be able to address any disputes or complaints from debtors and attempt to find satisfactory resolutions.
