Looking for a mature, preferably bilingual (English/Spanish), dedicated office coordinator for a very unique position in the Criminal Justice field. Responsibilities include : Client (defendant/offender) interaction, corresponding with court officials, inventory, Quickbooks entries and much, much more. We would prefer a few years office/customer service experience and some Quickbooks experience but it's not required. Must have your own transportation. This position has the potential to grow into an Office Manager position for the right person. This is not your typical office environment, it's exciting and rewarding, NEVER dull! Some weekend (remote) on call work is required, must be able to pass a background check.
