The purpose of a customer service associate at an exterior express car wash is to provide wash services to customers in a clean, safe, friendly, fast-paced environment. Pay: Starting pay at $12/hr plus sales incentives!
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all customers are receiving the ultimate VIBE Car Wash Experience at all times by engaging with them and getting consistent feedback
- Check every customer vehicle before it enters the wash to ensure that the vehicle does not have any visible safety issues
- Facilitate the speedy processing of customer vehicles by following the correct procedure for every vehicle through the car wash
- Guide on customers to the conveyor using distinctive and clear hand signals and a smile on your face!
- Review the entrance end sign instructions with every customer
- Give the customer a “thumbs-up” sign when their vehicle is placed correctly and ready to start the wash process
- Continually clean all areas of the car wash between guiding customers onto the conveyor
- Perform preventive maintenance on the car wash equipment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Able to work effectively & be accountable under minimal supervision
Physical Demands:
- Regular physical mobility including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and ability to handle heavy equipment
- Frequent walking, standing, and being on your feet for long periods of time
- Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions

With the first location launching in Fall 2022 and the second coming shortly after in early 2023, Vibe Car Wash is positioning itself to be the BEST experience in Car Washing in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
