Your role is vital in ensuring customers receive top-notch service every day.
All that you need to excel as our Customer Service Associate is the following:
- 2 years of customer service or dispatching experience
- 2 years of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing experience
- Ability to type 50-60 WPM
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
