YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Professional enters orders and coordinates shipments with customers, logistics, terminals, and our Regional Operating Companies.
Responsibilities:
- Process intercompany and customer orders as assigned
- Enter exchange orders and maintain swap spreadsheets as required
- Coordinate shipments with logistics, terminals, ROC’s and external customers
- Provide paperwork and documents as requested
- Submit credit and debit memo requests to billing
- Update pricing and open orders in BUS as needed
- Demonstrate and facilitate open and honest communication with the department and with employees at all levels of the company.
- Communicate regularly within the department on appropriate matters.
- Communicate with peers across the company.
YOUR PROFILE
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Positive customer service attitude
- One year of customer service experience
- Flexibility in ever-changing environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with others. Better than average written and spoken communication skills.
