We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computer system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and has strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computer system using various software applications, including Excel
- Create and update spreadsheets and databases with accurate information
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure data accuracy
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Organize and maintain files and records in an orderly manner
- Assist with data collection and analysis as needed
- Complete order entry tasks in a timely manner

Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables and use basic formulas
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate through different software applications
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Basic math skills for performing calculations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners, printers, and copiers
