- Boxing and Labeling Records: Ensure records are boxed and labeled accurately for easy storage and retrieval.
- Consolidating and Inventorying: Manage and inventory open records.
- Transferring Records: Move closed records to and consolidate them efficiently.
- Assembling Records for Processing: Prepare records according to established procedures for processing.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain tracker data and TABS data to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
- Education: High School Diploma (HSD) or General Education Diploma (GED).
- Experience: No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift boxes weighing up to 35 lbs.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus.
- Additional Information
- Work Environment: This role involves organizing and moving boxes within the specified buildings. A dolly is provided for transportation of boxes.
- Parking: Free parking available on-site.
- Rate: $20.00 per hour.
- Length of engagement: June 1 st – November 30 th .
- Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, full time standard business hours.
- Location: Thiells, NY (10984).
