We are currently seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multi-task efficiently, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming clients and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Answering and forwarding phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
• Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and well-presented at all times.
• Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and typing.
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for staff members.
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary

$750 - $1250 / week
