Job Description:
- Enter and update customer information, sales orders, and inventory records into the database
- Scan and digitize paper documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Verify data accuracy and identify and correct any discrepancies or errors
- Organize and maintain files and records both electronically and physically
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any data-related issues
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or a similar role
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Fast typing skills; at least 60 words per minute
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with data entry software and databases
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
