Sincere Developers and Builders is adding a Business Development Manager to its growing team of construction professionals to originate new business opportunities and help convert them into contract awards. The ideal candidate for this position has a proven track record of finding and developing client relationships and assisting in the closing process of the sales cycle. The measure of success for this position is the volume of opportunities created and contract awards per year. A successful individual should be able to generate a steady volume of new qualified opportunities in various commercial construction sectors (including retail, healthcare, warehouse and QSR) and support the team in converting awards. The position reports to the President and Vice President of the Company.
