We are a growing professional corporation with two locations (Victorville and San Bernardino) that is committed to providing behavioral and emotional wellness to individuals, couples, and families. The corporation provides services to children, teens, adults, and older adults from all walks of life. There are immediate openings for LCSW's, LMFT's and LPCC’s who are motivated, passionate, and engaged therapists to join the group practice and grow together as a team and understanding that it will take time to build up a caseload.\r\n\r\nBENEFITS:\r\n\r\nAssistance getting paneled with Insurance and Employee Assistance Companies.\r\n\r\nAlready paneled? The office manager will do all the transferring of insurance panels for you.\r\n\r\nThe office manager will be there to support and guide the therapist through the processes and complete 99% of all the necessary paperwork for a successful transition. The office manager will also answer any questions. Please understand the onboarding process can take anywhere from 60-days to 9-months (depending on the insurance company) to become fully paneled/credentialed with the insurance companies and your patience throughout the process is greatly appreciate.\r\n\r\nAll administrative tasks, such as, but not limited to the following: billing, scheduling, insurance paneling and insurance verifications are managed by the office staff, which allows the therapists to focus on providing the best therapeutic services to the customers.\r\n\r\nTraining and various paperwork forms are provided.\r\n\r\nGreat percentage pay (Independent Contractor) and/or W-2 Option, therapists’ choice.\r\n\r\nOption for In-person (Office) scheduled appointments and/or teletherapy from your home office.\r\n\r\nCompletely furnished and inviting office with a home like setting.\r\n\r\nPlenty of parking spaces at both locations.\r\n\r\nConsultation with the CEO/President and/or other license staff as needed.\r\n\r\nOffices are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.\r\n\r\nHIPAA compliant utilizing an EHR platform.\r\n\r\nDirect deposit of payroll bi-weekly.
