Our client, a rapidly evolving blockchain company, is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead their marketing efforts and drive customer engagement for their suite of products.
The role:
As the Director of Marketing, you will be pivotal in shaping the marketing strategy and driving marketing initiatives to promote our blockchain solutions, gaming platforms, and entertainment products. You will work closely with product owners and cross-functional teams to understand our target audience, develop go-to-market strategies, and create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our customers.
You will be a part of a company of super-achievers who work together to bring forth the evolution of entertainment. The ideal candidate has prior blockchain experience, excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic. We want someone with experience and passion for web3, cryptocurrency, and NFTs. We would love someone with a deep passion for games, strong product management skills, and an impressive track record for working in a fast-paced, evolving, creative-minded environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline is highly preferred.
- Extensive experience of 7 years in marketing roles with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns for blockchain technology, gaming, or entertainment industries that drive customer engagement and business growth.
- Profound understanding of blockchain technology, gaming mechanics, and entertainment trends, coupled with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling and easily understandable marketing messaging.
- Hands-on expertise in leveraging various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and advertising platforms, to drive marketing initiatives and campaigns effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting data, extracting meaningful insights, and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance and maximize ROI.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and influence across cross-functional teams and external partners, fostering a cohesive working environment.
- A creative and innovative thinker with a customer-centric mindset, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and consistently delivering impactful results.
