We are hiring passionate Beverage leader that will lead and direct the daily operations of the restaurant and consistently deliver exceptional guest and teammate experiences. Our ideal candidate will be a Master of Whiskey knowledge. They will need confidence in running a very large beverage program. Hardworking, dedicated, personable & team oriented are necessary traists to being successful in this environment. Experience and flexible hours are prerequisites as we generally operate AM and PM driven dining operations.
Requirements for Beverage Manager:
2 years of experience in a Upscale Beverage manager salary role.
MASTERY knowledge of Whiskey and craft cocktails. This is not a role for an entry level bar manager. Our collection will be quite extensive and this individual will have to have a strong passion to be best in class.
Experience in high volume food & beverage operations with revenue in excess of 8M dollars per year.
Experience in managing complex daily operations with multiple private dining events going on at once.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to ongoing business trends and client requests.
Comprehensive food knowledge and willingness to develop and continually train the team on ingredients and allergens.
Experience in conducting engaging pre-shifts before every service.
Experience in managing a staff of 100 employees.
Experience in actively managing a schedule and building a schedule to adhere to budget expectations set by corporate office.
Partner with the GM and corporate team to attract, hire, train and continually develop and supervise all FOH and BOH teammates.
Partner with the GM and corporate team in managing various online review platforms such as Open Table, Google, Yelp, Trip Advisor, etc.
Partner with the GM in conducting teammate reviews and keeping track of all teammate infractions while following company guidelines and SOP's.
Fully comply with all city, county, state, and federal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements for guests and teammates.
The base salary range is $70,000 - $75,000 depending on prior experience. In addition to the base salary there is also the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus based on restaurant metrics being met.
