Hogsalt is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full Time Beverage Manager (Salary Negotiable Bonus Structure) to join our team!

Experience and Qualifications:
2 years of restaurant management experience, including running a beverage program.
Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to ongoing changes.
Able to inspire, motivate, and develop employees.
Professional and confident verbal and written communication with guests, employees and leadership.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Be an active and successful floor manager up to 5 nights a week.
Be an active participant in all areas of the restaurant and constantly contribute to its success.
Create and follow weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting for all beverage items.
Plan, forecast and execute beverage orders.
Keep all order guides current with items and pricing.
Communicate with and build strong relationships with vendors.
Ensure all invoices are uploaded accurately every week.
Enter all beverage related POS items are entered into the system before service begins, ensuring accurate pricing.
Get approval from Hogsalt Beverage Specialist before any new item goes on a menu.
Keep all beverage storage areas (liquor room, wine coolers, wine racks, keg rooms, etc.) clean, and organized and working properly.
Know how to read and understand a P&L report. Review all P&L statements and make appropriate adjustments to your orders and forecasting.
Maintain current menus that are aligned properly, are free of spelling errors, and have correct prices and vintages.
Maintain pricing and packages for private event beverage offerings and participate in private event execution when needed or as directed by the General Manager.
Participate in 6-month reviews for FOH hourly staff.
Participate in beverage training for new hires.
Maintain an environment that is welcoming for guests and fellow staff.
