We're a Medical Massage Therapy clinic that specializes in helping those who suffer from pain and discomfort, injuries, and/or who have medical conditions like MS and Fibromyalgia. We have an opening for a part-time Receptionist to work Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am-7pm. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible and friendly with strong office skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Charging and recording payments
• Documentation of daily information
• Creating documents and doing data entry

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 years of receptionist/administrative assistant experience
• Customer complaints and resolution experience
• Advanced MS Office experience including Word and Excel
• Ability to compute percentages and discounts
• Medical insurance billing experience a plus
