About Us:
Located in beautiful Colorado Springs with an amazing view of Pikes Peak right outside our front door - We are a well-established, 3 doctor, 7 day a week, 365 day a year, emergency facility for canine and feline patients. We are a growing practice dedicated to providing top quality critical and emergency care with state-of-the-art full in-house diagnostic labs, a modern surgical suite, full in-house pharmacy, and nursing suite. At Uintah Pet Emergency creating and maintaining a supportive, educational, and balanced culture is extremely important to us. Team building and support is our JAM! We host in-house continuing education , as well as taking the fun outside the clinic doors for team building events! Past events include go-kart racing , painting with a twist, escape rooms , and team dinners . Receptionists are a VITAL part of our care team and allow us to continue to grow and support the community’s furry friends. We have a diverse team with a variety of experiences and skill sets . It is vital we work together and take initiative to help each other where needed for the best of our patients. Our team promotes a safe environment to not only ask questions but voice your opinion. We want to know your thoughts, ideas, questions, and suggestions!
Our reception staff is responsible for assisting clients throughout their visit to the hospital, answering and placing compassionate phone calls, triaging, data entry, payment processing, and ensuring our clients are well informed and always taken care of. This role is vital in the flow of communication between the client and all other staff. Our Gold Star Customer Service starts with our CSR's!!!!
