Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant performs, coordinates and oversees highly confidential technical and administrative support functions for the SVP. This position provides highly sensitive, proprietary and confidential support to the executive. The responsibilities require the exercise of independent judgement and sufficient technical knowledge of the specific corporate division. The Executive Assistant must be able to work independently with little supervision, be well organized, flexible, proactive, resourceful, self motivated and efficient. She/he must have expert written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to details.
Position Qualification:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
B.S. Degree preferred
3 -5 years of administrative, office management or executive assistant experience is required
