Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President (EVP) serves as the primary point of administrative contact for the Office of the EVP and as the liaison for internal and external individuals, offices, departments, and vendors. The Office of the Executive Vice President is responsible to provide strategic vision and oversight for the University of Mary’s operations, enrollment, mission advancement, and fiscal vitality. As such, the Executive Assistant to the EVP works closely with the Office of the President and with the offices of the other Vice Presidents to coordinate clear communication, scheduling foresight, and effective teamwork among the senior leadership of the University.
Candidates will be invited to demonstrate a willingness to support the Christian, Catholic, Benedictine mission of the University of Mary.
