What you will do:
- Create and Schedule appointments for technician visits to Homeowners
- Coordinate with other team members regarding materials, equipment, and supplies needed and ensure inventory levels are maintained
- Create reports using both proprietary software and Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint
- Act as a team member looking for solutions and to provide support to achieve success
- Perform other general administrative duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen according to company standards
- Must be highly organized - tracking multiple time sensitive events encompassing a variety of components and have excellent follow up skills.
- Must be fluent in working with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook and familiar with Adobe PDF
- Must have Top Notch communication skills - This position requires a constant flow of communication both externally and internally
- Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to travel within Florida for training
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Impact Windows
- Knowledge of Production Home Building
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Some College/Associates Degree
- Leadership/Military Experience
