Price4Limo is a leading provider of transportation booking services across the United States. We are an online platform that connects customers with local limousine and bus companies across the United States offering booking services.

We are currently looking to hire in our fulfillment/confirmations department. As a Price4Limo Customer Service Representative, you’ll apply your talents and abilities to process and confirm the details of incoming reservations.

Responsibilities:

• Callback clients after reservations to confirm trip details.
• Communicate with local limo and bus companies, providing them accurate trip details.
• Ensure clients and transportation providers have the correct trip information.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Verify pickup date and time with limo/bus companies before trips.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns.
• Document and update trip changes based on interactions.

• Must work in office in West Palm Beach Florida. The shift is 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 9-5
