***This employee will be responsible for building customer relationships, providing knowledge and information on products throughout the showroom and grounds, and entering orders into the system. ****
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Welcome and professionally engage every guest to ensure expectations are met.
- Assign account numbers and enter new customer information into the database.
- Accurately track and enter orders into the system.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company products.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
- Maintain professionalism.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Standing and walking showroom/grounds 25% of day.
