The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering customer inquires, processing orders, resolving complaints and requests for refunds, exchanges and adjustments; as well as provides customers with product, pricing, and shipping information. Specific duties include:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high school diploma, one or more years of customer service experience, and excellent computer and phone skills.
