Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through leads-driven strategies.
  • Utilize provided leads to engage potential clients, assess their insurance needs, and offer suitable financial solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and client support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the team and participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Uphold the values of integrity, diversity, and relentlessness in all interactions and transactions.
  • Obtain the necessary insurance license to operate within the industry guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Strong drive, motivation, and self-discipline to work independently and achieve sales targets.
