Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand ProHealth's market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurers, employers, and government agencies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Analyze market data and industry trends to inform decision-making and refine business development strategies.
  • Represent ProHealth at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry developments affecting healthcare markets and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, including pipeline status, revenue projections, and key performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles within the healthcare industry, strongly encouraged.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics, trends, and regulatory landscapes.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
