Shift : 10 : 00 AM 06 : 00 PM

Position Summary :

• Efficiently and actively provides excellent customerservice by properly greeting listening assisting closing each callin a pleasant professional and helpful manner.
• Ownership of solutions and accurately identify the needsof each of our patients
• Assist patients withscheduling appointments rescheduling or cancelling appointments andcompletion of preregistration items as necessary following thepatient appointment scheduling guidelines.
• Demonstrates ability to multi task be flexible ensureaccuracy and meet changing priorities in a fastpaced high callvolume and workload environment.
• Ability tomaintain composure when confronted with fastpaced and stressfulsituations
• Adheres to productivity and qualityassurance requirements for the department with emphasis inattention to detail to avoid errors.
• Completerequired training on policies and procedures including but notlimited to : customer service registration of patients phoneetiquette and appointment scheduling.

Education Required :

• High School Diploma or GEDequivalent.
• Certifications / LicensesRequired :
• Preferred : Relevant medicalcertification or licensure.
• ExperienceRequired (Minimum level of experience) :
• Required :
• 1 year of healthcareexperience or
• 1 year in a call center frontdesk receptionist administrative assistant or a combination equalto 1 year
• Verbal and Written Skills Requiredto perform the Job :
• Excellent Englishcommunication skills.
• Workingknowledge of Microsoft Windows OS MSOffice telephone devices andvoice mail. Must have the ability to type 40WPM.

Experience withNextgen and Dentrix strongly preferred.

Equipment Used : PC systems and peripherals multikeytelephone devices centralized telephone console and other officeequipment as applicable.
