The Account Management team strengthens brand equity, helps impact our bottom line and drives the agency to deliver great work. This role is not just about pushing timelines and budgets - while it does encompass core project management skills, your time is centered around client relationships, the craft of account management and sustained agency growth.What You’ll Do Here:Lead two key accounts (HOKA and Golfzone Social) and drive client satisfaction; oversee client account team members and multiple workstreams Lead strategically, focused on big picture of client’s marketing efforts with the ability to also grasp the minutia of day-to-day tasksLead client conversations with confidence and maintain full control of the conversationsBecome your clients trusted marketing partner sustaining relationships that continue for years in the future; engage with your client partners to actively and continuously find growth opportunities and identify areas to propose new solutions and drive change for their brandEducate clients on new trends, strategies and opportunities to improve their marketing campaigns; articulate strategic initiatives that address clients’ business challengesAssist the creative and strategy teams by clearly outlining client needs and goals through the use of project plans and creative briefsProactively identify project risks and create mitigation strategiesPrepare account service-related documents such as agendas, reports, proposals, presentation decks, contract scope, pricing and estimates and other client communicationsEnsure client portfolios are being managed to the highest standardsOversee success tracking and monitoring - have a working knowledge and ability to speak to your client’s KPIs / business results Provide clear and detailed communication, both written and verbal, for clients, vendors, contractors and internal teamsDemonstrate core project management and organizational skills on a daily basis, keeping projects, deadlines and budgets on track Manage up - know when to involve senior management and when to handle a situation yourselfOwn the billing / finances for your accounts and collaborate directly with the finance department Help identify better ways of working and break down silos that impede integration, efficiency and effectiveness; demonstrate strong collaboration skills with internal teams Serve as an open and willing resource to team members in assessing ideas and directions, providing guidance to push furtherChampion inspired thinking and breakthrough ideas; help the agency create, sell and execute award-winning workReports to Group Account Director QualificationsYour Qualifications:6 years experience running accounts and working directly with clients in a digital, creative or marketing agencyExperience working in the digital space (websites, social media, products); familiarity with creative and strategic process, campaign and comms planning, web dev life cycles, social media marketing, email marketing and online campaignsMeticulous organization skillsExperience writing proposals, estimates, RFPs and scope of work documents Experienced in crafting marketing and project roadmaps, macro account plans and organizing annual marketing efforts; experience managing budgets, timelines and overall project lifecyclesAbility to manage several high-complexity projects within tight deadlinesAbility to create detailed and engaging presentationsStrong time management and delegations skills with an ability to juggle many tasks and meet deadlinesFamiliar with Asana or similar project management softwaresPositive attitude and ability to motivate teams Bonus points if you have… Integrated campaign management experienceExperience pitching for new businessManagement experienceExperience working with B2B and B2C brandsAdobe CC, Figma, or Sketch experience or familiarity Additional InformationSalary range: $95,000 - $130,000* CANVAS United (the “Company”) is committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee on the basis of race, ethnicity, color, religion or religious creed (including religious dress or grooming practices), national origin, ancestry, sex (including childbirth, breastfeeding, and related medical conditions), gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, transitioning status, age, physical or mental disability, protected medical condition, citizenship status, military and veteran status, uniform service member status, genetic information, marital status, pregnancy, driver’s license, or any other legally recognized protection basis under federal, state, or local laws, regulations, or ordinances.
