Job Description: As an Electrical, Mechanical, and Installation Technician Project Manager at Unis, you will be responsible for managing projects related to the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical, mechanical, and facility infrastructure. Your expertise in technical maintenance and project management will play a pivotal role in maintaining our facilities' operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
   • Lead and oversee projects related to electrical, mechanical, and installation systems.
   • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
   • Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.
2. Technical Expertise:
   • Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
   • Supervise the installation, calibration, and maintenance of equipment.
   • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
3. Maintenance Planning:
   • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
   • Schedule and perform routine inspections and maintenance activities.
   • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
4. Safety and Compliance:
   • Enforce safety protocols and procedures for all maintenance and installation activities.
   • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards, including OSHA and NFPA.
5. Team Collaboration:
   • Coordinate and collaborate with maintenance technicians and external contractors.
   • Provide technical guidance and support to the maintenance team.
6. Budget Management:
   • Manage the budget for maintenance projects, controlling expenses effectively.
   • Prepare cost estimates and monitor expenditures.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training preferred.
• Proven experience as an electrical or mechanical technician, ideally in a 3PL or logistics setting.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus.
