StoneX Group is Hiring a Project Manager (Digital) Near Kansas, MO

Overview

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized and proactive project manager to plan, manage and execute digital marketing campaigns and initiatives with a particular focus on client facing website delivery. The successful candidate will report to the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) but will need to have a thorough understanding of and be used to working with marketing workstreams (comms, SEO, copy, design, webops, UX, video, martech, social, acquisiton etc…).

Responsibilities

You will work directly with marketing, websites, commercial stakeholders and internal departments to drive projects from initiation through to completion, identifying and mitigating risks and issues and communicating timelines and project progress.

Qualifications

  • Experienced marketing project manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of online and offline marketing, including brand and websites is a must
  • Must have strong leadership skills, accustomed to managing multiple projects, delivery teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end large and complex projects, coordinating multiple delivery teams across a range of disciplines working in an agile manner.
  • Positively hold people to account where required, to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Confident in resolving ambiguity with support from team members and stakeholders.
  • A positive can-do mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt alongside a growing business.
  • Financial services background or experience of working in a regulated industry is highly advantageous.
  • Experienced in Agile scrum methodology.
  • A solid understanding and hands on experience of project management best practice techniques.
  • Highly organised and proactive with sharp attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Confidence in quickly building and maintaining relationships across a wide range of delivery teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to make things happen through influence and collaboration.
  • Comfortable with fast-changing organisations and ambiguity - you thrive off the opportunity, and are resilient to change.
  • Project Management qualifications are highly desired however not mandatory.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
