emfluence Digital Marketing is Hiring an E-Commerce Project Manager Near Kansas, MO

We are seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Project Manager to join our team, focusing on overseeing and optimizing our ecommerce clients’ online sales and project execution. This role is a blend of strategic project management and technical oversight, aimed at driving client revenue growth and ensuring successful project delivery within our e-commerce client initiatives.

Project Management:

  • Direct and manage project work for client ecommerce web properties, including website and ecommerce platform migrations
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of e-commerce projects with overall client business goals
  • Develop and maintain all project related documentation like project scopes, budget, requirements, project timelines, and internal meetings
  • Define and document clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for resources required for specific projects or initiatives
  • Lead technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for future projects
  • Assist with quality assurance testing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field
  • Proven track record with at least 7 years of experience in e-commerce management or project management
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, digital marketing strategies, and project management methodologies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with the full life cycle of website relaunch projects
  • Experience in HTML coding, image manipulation using Photoshop, and improving natural search rankings
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and manage relationships with vendors and agencies
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in e-commerce
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento)
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, drive decision-making, and optimize performance
