**Job Summary:**
Direct Hire - On Site and Travel
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure project goals are met within scope, budget, and schedule.
**Duties:**
- Develop project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate resources, both internal and external, for successful project execution
- Monitor project progress and performance to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Manage project budget, expenses, and resource allocation effectively
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
- Lead project meetings and facilitate team discussions
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Food Packaging Environment and Industry
- Must have a PMP Certification
- Must Have Capital Equipment Experience
- Familiarity with process management methodologies like Six Sigma and Earned Value Management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
