Pay: $130-150K

We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial aspects of the company and play a key role in shaping its financial strategy.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets

- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions

- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities

- Collaborate with external auditors for annual audits

- Provide leadership and guidance to accounting staff

**Experience:**

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

-5 years of Accounting and Finance in hospital setting

- 3 years management experience

-Strong background in accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)

- Experience with financial software

- Knowledge of debits, credits, and financial concepts

- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements

- Previous experience in public accounting is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
