Description

Responsibilities:

• Control and direct orders for associates within the fulfillment center, ensuring efficient and accurate order processing.
• Dispatch orders promptly and accurately, coordinating with warehouse personnel to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Communicate effectively with the project team to coordinate tasks and ensure alignment with overall objectives.
• Assign tasks to pickers and packers based on workload and priority, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate closely with CSRs to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain open communication with leadership, providing updates on order status, workflow, and any operational challenges.
• Utilize systems and software relevant to e-commerce operations, including inventory management and order processing platforms.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements within the fulfillment center.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Assist in training new associates on e-commerce processes, systems, and procedures as needed.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a must. 
• Previous experience in a fulfillment center environment, preferably within a third-party logistics (3PL) setting.
• Strong background in systems relevant to e-commerce operations, including order management systems (OMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality in order processing and task assignment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
