Executive Chef with both classical training and an innovative and modern approach to food preparation and presentation. The Executive chef will report directly to the General Manager and the Owner. The Executive Chef will follow the company's methods of food preparation, portion control and garnishing of food to make sure food is prepared in prescribed manner. All kitchen scheduling, food inventory and product ordering will be performed by the Executive Chef. The Executive chef will aid in tasting food as prepared to ensure proper food quality is being met. CATERING EXPERIENCE A PLUS - no fast food. Fast-paced environment.
