Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Helping customers
• Serving customers in both hot & cold deli
• Slicing cold cuts
• Preparing trays for catering orders
• Baking store goods
• Maintaining freezer and refrigerator (organizing and rotating inventory)
• Maintaining bakery high standards for product freshness and sanitation
• Operating bakery department mixer
• Training other associates as needed
• Assisting in other duties

Qualifications:

• Ability to interpret, understand, and follow instructions
• Inspect quality of the ingredients and measure for specific recipes
• Ensure kitchen equipment is in good condition and meets all requirements
• Cleans equipment and utensils and maintains kitchen in proper functioning order
• May be exposed to various temperatures and work environments
• Includes walking, standing, bending, lifting and carrying products weighing up to 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
